Live Simply

The livesimply award is an opportunity for Catholic communities like St George's, to respond to Pope Francis’ invitation in Laudato Si' to “work with generosity and tenderness in protecting this world which God has entrusted to us”.

What is the livesimply award?

It is awarded to communities who can show how they have been living:

• simply

• in solidarity with people in poverty

• sustainably with creation.

Madcos community canal clean up! 4th July 2025

Members of our Eco Council joined Mr Chapman and over 100 representatives from the MADCOS primary and secondary schools to help keep our local environment clean. They all helped to litter pick along the canal. Teamwork makes the dream work!
