Important information

PE Day- Y6 take part in PE on Tuesday and Friday afternoons. They are asked to come into school wearing their PE kits on these days.

Homework-

Spellings are sent home every Monday to be learnt for the test each Friday. Please ensure that your child spends a few minutes each night learning these spellings.
As the children are now in Year 6, they will also receive written homework each Monday to be returned by Friday. There will also be online Maths homework set on Mathletics for each topic covered.
Maths, SPaG, Reading and Science assignments will be set on Century Tech. The children also have courses allocated to practise their learning. The path is unique to each child and will generate learning in the areas that they find tricky.
Reading- Every pupil has a reading book from our scheme. It is very important that they dedicate a bit of time each evening for reading. Y6 should be reading a minimum of 2 books per week

Cookie & Cake- We have a cookie and cake sale every Friday morning. This is to raise money for our school fund and all items are priced at 50p. Payment is via the app.
